Case – France

Santé publique France

The new office of Santé publique France, the French national healthcare agency, was built on the edge of the park by architect studio Atelier du Pont. BAUX Acoustic Wood Wool was primarily applied in meeting spaces and hallways, helping to reduce distracting noise and increasing the sense of calm and wellbeing, whilst being a sustainable visual feature.

“We used BAUX products mainly in meeting rooms and hallways. Those spaces particularly need that we pay attention to the acoustic environment. You need to have a feeling of well-being calm or concentration. Acoustic is one of the clue of a well-designed environment even more when it’s working spaces. As a manufactured product, the quality of the in-site result of BAUX is quite immediate, which saves time. The final result is really very close to the simulations.”
